Lake Country Premium Transport Terms And Conditions

Lake Country Premium Transport — Reservation Terms & Conditions v1.1

Effective Date: To be set before public launch

Lake Country Premium Transport, LLC (“LCPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides private transportation services by advance reservation. By submitting a reservation request, the customer agrees to the following terms.

1. Reservations and Confirmation

Reservations are subject to availability.

A submitted booking is not considered confirmed until LCPT accepts the reservation and the customer receives confirmation from LCPT.

Once LCPT accepts and confirms the reservation, the ride is secured subject to these Terms & Conditions and the LCPT Cancellation Policy.

2. Accurate Trip Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete trip information, including:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Reservation date and requested pickup time

  • Passenger count

  • Airline and flight information when applicable

  • Luggage information

  • Event or itinerary information

  • Return-trip information

  • Special requests or transportation needs

Changes to the itinerary may affect availability, vehicle assignment, timing, and price.

3. Passenger and Luggage Capacity

Passenger count and luggage requirements must be disclosed when booking.

Oversized luggage, golf clubs, mobility equipment, or other large or unusual items should be identified in advance so LCPT can confirm appropriate vehicle capacity.

LCPT may decline or modify a reservation if the requested passenger or luggage capacity cannot be safely accommodated.

4. Pickup Times

Customers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time and at the agreed pickup location.

LCPT will make reasonable efforts to communicate arrival information, pickup instructions, and any known schedule changes.

Additional waiting time or material schedule changes requested by the customer may affect the fare or availability.

5. Airport Transportation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate airline and flight information.

Flight schedules, airport traffic, security lines, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances outside LCPT’s control may affect travel times.

LCPT may provide pickup-time planning guidance, but customers remain responsible for allowing sufficient time to reach the airport and complete airline, security, and boarding requirements.

6. Pricing and Payment

The price shown and accepted during the reservation process applies to the itinerary provided at booking.

Material changes to the itinerary, additional stops, extended waiting time, additional reserved time, changes in passenger or luggage requirements, or other requested changes may result in additional charges.

Where reasonably possible, LCPT will communicate any revised charge before providing the additional service.

7. Third-Party Booking Platform

LCPT uses SimplyBook.me as a third-party booking and scheduling service provider.

By using the LCPT online reservation system, customers understand that reservation information may be processed through SimplyBook.me in accordance with SimplyBook.me’s applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and data-processing arrangements.

SimplyBook.me provides booking-system infrastructure and related technology services. LCPT remains responsible for the transportation service itself and for reservations once accepted and confirmed by LCPT.

8. Customer Communications

By submitting a reservation, the customer agrees to receive transactional communications related to that reservation.

These may include:

  • Reservation confirmations

  • Payment confirmations

  • Pickup reminders

  • Driver or vehicle information

  • Schedule or itinerary updates

  • Flight-related coordination

  • Receipts

  • Other trip-specific communications

Transactional communications are part of providing the requested transportation service.

9. Conduct and Vehicle Care

Passengers must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner.

LCPT may refuse or terminate transportation when passenger conduct:

  • Creates a safety risk

  • Threatens the driver, passengers, or vehicle

  • Involves illegal activity

  • Materially interferes with safe vehicle operation

Customers may be responsible for extraordinary cleaning, repair, or damage costs resulting from passenger actions or excessive soiling.

10. Delays and Circumstances Beyond LCPT’s Control

LCPT plans transportation carefully but cannot guarantee conditions outside its reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Traffic

  • Road closures

  • Severe weather

  • Vehicle accidents or roadway incidents

  • Airport congestion

  • Government action

  • Emergency conditions

  • Other extraordinary events

If circumstances affect a trip, LCPT will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and complete the transportation safely.

11. Vehicle or Driver Substitution

LCPT may substitute an appropriate vehicle or qualified driver when operationally necessary, provided the substitute can reasonably accommodate the confirmed reservation.

12. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations, reservation changes, credits, and refunds are governed by the LCPT Cancellation Policy presented during booking.

Changes to pickup time, destination, date, stops, passenger count, luggage requirements, or other material trip details are subject to availability and may result in a revised fare.

13. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

LCPT will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost property but cannot guarantee recovery of items left in a vehicle.

14. Safety and Special Requirements

Seat belts must be used where required by law.

Customers should notify LCPT in advance of any transportation need requiring special accommodation, equipment, or additional planning so availability can be confirmed.

15. Agreement

Submitting a reservation request indicates acceptance of these Reservation Terms & Conditions, the LCPT Cancellation Policy, and the LCPT Privacy Policy.
